What does CRESCO do?
We're a systems agency. We find the work your business repeats by hand - leads, quotes, onboarding, invoicing, reporting - and build the systems that run it: connected tools, automations and clear handoffs. The result is a business that runs on process, not on people.
What do you mean by a system?
A system is the way work moves through your business: how a lead comes in, how a job gets quoted, delivered and invoiced, and where everyone looks to see what's next. We connect the tools you use into one flow, automate the steps nobody should do by hand, and give every step a clear owner.
What does automation actually mean?
A process is work that repeats: it starts from a trigger, runs through the same steps and ends in a result, like a lead that comes in, gets qualified and gets booked. Automation is software doing those steps, partly or fully, instead of a person doing them by hand.
What can you build for us?
Whatever your business repeats by hand, as long as software can take it over: workflow automation, client onboarding, reporting, communication, team handoffs, custom internal tools, bots, AI assistants and more. If you can picture it, a call tells you whether it can be automated, and how.
Can you build a bot or an AI assistant?
We build custom bots and AI-powered assistants and agents on the platforms your team and clients already use - Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack and more - built on whichever AI model fits the job. We build one when it solves a real problem in your operations, and we scope what it should do with you first.
Can you build a custom tool or app for us?
We build custom internal tools and apps when your current tools can't do the job, as part of our fully custom scope. We check first whether the tools you already pay for can do it, because that is usually faster and cheaper.
Can you automate a specific task for us?
Most repeat work can be automated, at least partly. Data entry, follow-ups, onboarding steps, reports, invoices and handoffs between tools are only the common ones. Tell us the task and we'll say honestly whether it is worth automating, and how.
Can you extend a system or process we already have?
Yes. Whether we built it or you already run it, we start from what exists, map where it holds you back, and extend it rather than start over. If it needs more than a few changes, the first call is where we look at it together.
Can you automate our invoicing?
Invoicing is a classic for automation: quotes that turn into invoices without retyping, reminders that go out on time, and payments tracked in one place. We connect it to the tools you already use, from your accounting software to your CRM.
Can you help with our leads and CRM?
We set up how leads come in, get qualified, followed up and booked, so none slip through. Your CRM stays up to date on its own, and everyone sees where each lead stands without asking.
Can you automate client onboarding?
We turn onboarding into one clean flow: contract, payment, welcome, access and first steps. Each client gets the same experience, and nobody on your team has to chase it by hand.
Can you build us reports or dashboards?
We pull your numbers from the tools you already use into one view, updated on its own. You see what's happening in the business without building spreadsheets by hand every week.
Can you automate bookings and scheduling?
Bookings, reminders, reschedules and the handoff to whoever does the work, all in one flow. Your calendar runs itself, and no appointment depends on someone remembering to confirm it.
Can you help us handle customer requests?
We route incoming requests to the right person, answer the common ones automatically, and make sure nothing sits unanswered. You see every open request in one place, whichever channel it came in on.
Can you fix messy handoffs in our team?
We give every step a clear owner and let the system pass the work on, so nothing depends on someone remembering. Everyone can see what's next and who has it.
Do you build websites?
Not as a standalone service. When a website is part of the system, like a booking flow, a client portal or a page that feeds your CRM, we build it as part of the whole, connected to everything behind it.
How do you use AI?
We use AI where it does real work: sorting and answering incoming requests, drafting documents, pulling data out of messages and files, or an assistant your team can ask. AI is one material among many - we use it when it is more reliable or cheaper than a plain automation, not to have AI in the pitch.
What services do you offer?
We offer three services, and they build on each other. The Workflow & Structure Audit shows what's costing you time and the order to fix it in. The Internal Systems Buildout designs and builds the system, audit included. The Systems Partnership is a monthly retainer that keeps it current as you grow. Anything beyond that is scoped as fully custom work.
What is the Workflow & Structure Audit?
The Workflow & Structure Audit is our standalone entry point, for teams with friction but no clarity on what to fix first. A strategy call, a review of your workflows and tools, and a bottleneck analysis, ending in recommendations and a roadmap: a ranked list of what's costing you time, and the order to fix it in.
Where should we start?
Every engagement starts with a discovery call. We map where your time leaks, and you leave with a clear go or no-go. If the next step isn't obvious, the audit is the usual way in. If you already know what needs building, we go straight to a buildout, which includes the audit.
What have you built before?
Our work ranges from a hotel guest app for Europa-Park to custom bots and automations for online businesses. Companies shown on our site include Europa-Park and Risen Consulting. On a call we walk you through the work closest to your case.
Who will we work with?
CRESCO is deliberately small and goes deep, not wide. From the first call on, you talk to the people who design and build your system, not to a sales team.
Can we follow the progress?
You follow every milestone of your build live in your client portal, with short check-ins to confirm direction along the way.

How is pricing determined?
Every engagement is scoped after a discovery call. We don't have fixed public pricing because every business's situation is different. You'll receive a clear proposal with a defined scope, timeline and price before anything starts.
Do I need to know what I want before booking a call?
You don't need to know what you want before a call. The discovery call is for working that out together - just come with an honest picture of where your operations are breaking down.
What size businesses do you typically work with?
We work best with businesses between 3 and 50 people - large enough to have real operational complexity, small enough that the founders are still close to the day-to-day. If you're outside that range, we'll be upfront on the call about whether we're the right fit.
Do you only work with one type of business?
We don't work with only one type of business. Every growing business needs the same things underneath: clean handoffs, connected tools and systems that don't live in one person's head. We build around how you operate, so your industry rarely decides whether we can help.
Do you work with businesses outside of Europe?
We work with businesses outside Europe too. We work remotely and async-first, and time zones haven't been a problem. If you're unsure, mention it on the call and we'll figure it out.
What languages do you work in?
We work in English, German and French. English is our main working language, and calls and handover can run in whichever of the three your team prefers.
Where are you based?
CRESCO System is based in France, with its registered office in Paris. We work remotely and async-first, with clients inside and outside Europe.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Once the final payment is made, full ownership of everything we built - code, documentation and systems - transfers to you, without restriction on use.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are agreed per project and written into your proposal, so you know every amount and date before anything starts.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. If your project needs confidentiality, we sign an agreement before you share anything, and we don't reference your project in our portfolio.
The process
How long does a typical buildout take?
Most buildouts run between 3 and 8 weeks depending on scope. You'll have a clear timeline in your proposal before we start - no moving goalposts.
What does the discovery phase look like?
We start with a deep-dive session where we map your current workflows end-to-end - what tools you use, where handoffs happen, where time is lost. From there we find the points that matter most and design the system before anything is built.
How involved do we need to be during the build?
We protect your time. After discovery, most of the build happens on our side, with short check-ins to confirm direction. Expect 2-3 hours of your time a week at most.
How do handovers work?
At the end of every engagement we deliver full written documentation, recorded walkthroughs, and a live handover call with your team. We don't drop and disappear - we make sure your people actually understand what was built and why.
After delivery
What happens after the buildout?
You receive full documentation and a walkthrough of everything that was built. After handover, you can continue with a Systems Partnership retainer for ongoing support - or take it from there independently. No pressure either way.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Ongoing support runs through our Systems Partnership retainer: we handle maintenance, updates and continued optimization as your business evolves. It's optional, with a fixed monthly scope.
Will our team be able to maintain what you build?
Your team will be able to run what we build - that's a core requirement for us. We don't build black boxes: if your team can't understand and operate the system on its own, the handover isn't done yet. Every system is built on the assumption that we won't always be there.
What if we need changes after handover?
Launch support is included. Ongoing changes run through the Systems Partnership retainer, and a one-off addition can be scoped as a separate project.

What makes CRESCO different from a freelance automation expert?
A freelancer builds what you ask for. We start by questioning whether what you're asking for is actually the right solution. We design systems around your real operations - not a template we've used before. And we answer for whether it works, not just whether it shipped.
What tools and platforms do you build on?
We work across Make, Notion, Google, Stripe and the major AI APIs, depending on what fits your stack. We're tool-agnostic - we recommend what's right for your situation, not what we happen to prefer.
Can you work with our existing tools?
We almost always work with the tools you already have, and build around them. We only recommend switching when a tool is a genuine blocker - not because it would simplify our own work.
Do we need new software licenses?
Whether you need new software licenses depends on the scope. We map out any required subscriptions in the proposal, so there are no surprises. Often the tools you already pay for can do more than you use them for - we use those first.
